Do you just want to relax and address for instance some work related tension and soreness, than Tuning OUT with a Relax Pack would be ideal for you. Included are manual therapies that can be combined with several benificial frequency therapies.
Release
If you have chronic issues and complaints then you should start Tuning IN to your body's storage and signalling. The Release Pack offers a deeper approach, adding more emotionally releasing elements to the session. If you want the best of both worlds than pick a fusing Tune UP session to get you fully reloaded and ready for everything..

How it works
Terrain Training offers next level Life Support in the form of coaching, education and excercise. In the Life Support and FLOW Fit sessions, I help you understand how your body and mind operate as one system. Learn how your wellbeing and physical appereance are influenced by both your inner terrain (tension/toxins/trauma) and the outer terrain (daily environment) you are exposed to.
Terrain training is done through Life Support Dialogue (LSD) and Functional Fitness based on my F.L.O.W. Support System(Fascia Lymph Oxygen & Water). The support I offer is split up into three primary modules below. All training and support can be either performed online, on location or at one of our Tuning Stations. Vitavolt F.L.O.W. FIT offers next level functional training at our Amsterdam Healing Hub or any given location. All the training routines focus on optimizing the F.L.O.W systems. We work on upgrading the fascia, lymphatic, oxygen and water flow. Methods used are High Intensity Interval training(HIIT); bodyweight, kettlebell & TRX training; breathwork; meditation & amazing tissue release techniques

Of course everybody loves a good massage, however the blend of holistic massage techniques combined with certain frequency therapies and frontline life support (lifestyle coaching & PT) adds so many amazingly beneficial elements that you just have to simply experience, to be able to understand what it can do for you..
